* We do not subsidise viewing trips as we do believe this can lead to invidious sales pressure on our clients. However, if you do buy through our agents we give you up to a one hundred pound Sterling "Cash Back" per person travelling as a contribution to your trip costs.

What is a Viewing Trip?

A viewing trip is a visit to the Aegean coastal area of Turkey, when you dedicate your time over a period of 3 to 4 days, or longer, if you wish, to finding a property with the help of our agents.
In association with our partners in Turkey, we arrange an itinerary for you:

to familiarise you with the area(s) you have chosen
to view the properties that fit your requirements � you will be shown a selection of properties including those which you may have shortlisted from viewing our website or portfolio in the UK
to review the legal, financial and administrative aspects involved in purchasing.

All our Developers provide a completely free and personalised viewing service. Normally, we will contact you a couple of weeks before you fly out to verify your requirements. We confirm this information on to our developers, and this gives them time to research and select the properties most suited to your needs.

Our developers' representative will meet you at the airport and drive you to your hotel or a villa or apartment in one of their existing developments, accompany you to view the properties meeting your requirements, and of course drive you back to the airport for departure.

We are confident that our Developer partners will provide you with excellent service, as well as their valuable experience and knowledge of this Aegean area of Turkey. (All our representatives speak English).

Our developers can also help you with (English speaking)lawyers specialising in conveyancing, with mortgages, and rental management (if required).
